The park is set in a stunningly beautiful location, surrounded by nature and just a short walk to the beach. The facilities are clean and well maintained, making for a comfortable stay. However, be cautious of the wind if you're camping here, as it can lead to equipment damage. Also, the reception staff can be a bit grumpy about check-in codes, which adds to the frustration.

Cumberland River offers a stunning natural setting with beautiful views and clean facilities. I appreciated the helpful management and the proximity to Lorne for activities. However, the experience was marred by excessive rules and unexpected costs, particularly around the shower facilities and campsite arrangements, which can be overwhelming for families.
Rooms

We stayed in a cabin, which was nice and clean, but I felt the closeness of other campsites with cabins overlooking tents was a bit intrusive.
Service

I found the management to be helpful and friendly, but the rules felt overly strict, and some staff interactions came off as less personable.

Cumberland River Holiday Park is nestled in a stunning location with breathtaking views of cliffs and a gorgeous beach just across the road. The cabins are clean but some are dated, and while the facilities are modern, the addition of new cabins detracted a bit from the park's charm. The experience overall was enjoyable and family-friendly, but the service could use some improvements in terms of staff attitude toward customers.
Rooms

The cabins were clean, though a bit dated. I appreciate that they maintain a rustic charm, but some new cabins are quite out of place.

I had a fantastic experience at this holiday park. The staff, particularly Simon, went above and beyond to help when I was in a bind, and the beautiful scenery is simply breathtaking. The amenities were great for a short stay, but I was a bit disappointed that there were no recycling facilities available. Overall, it's a lovely spot for a family getaway with lots of nature to enjoy.

We had a lovely and peaceful stay at Cumberland River campsite, enjoying the amazing views and the safe environment for families. The facilities were generally good, although the limited number of showers led to some queues. Also, there were no kitchen facilities which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it's a quiet and scenic place that I would definitely return to!
